Dominic DeMarco is the Managing Director of DeMarcoIP. He is a registered patent agent (#49,015) with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He has been working as a patent researcher since 1997, and has performed and reviewed thousands of searches across a full range of mechanical, medical, semiconductor, electrical, and chemical art areas.

Dominic was the first Engineer to serve on the Board of Directors of the Patent Information Users Group (“PIUG”) which is the international society for patent information. He is currently a lead instructor for the PIUG Patent Searching Fundamentals course, has taught patent search classes on behalf of the World Intellectual Property Organization ("WIPO"), and is an invited speaker at patent conferences around the world. Dominic is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (“AIPLA”) and an active reviewer for the Elsevier Journal "World Patent Information".

Jennifer Overly

Jennifer Overly is the Business Director of DeMarcoIP as well as a full-time patent researcher. She is a registered patent attorney (#51,197) with degrees in Pre-Medicine and Biology from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She earned her JD from George Mason University School of Law in 2004, specializing in patent law. Prior to joining DeMarcoIP, she worked at several Washington, D.C. law firms handling both prosecution and litigation. Jennifer joined DeMarcoIP in 2011.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She is also a member of PIUG, AIPLA and the American Bar Association.

Henry Wittenzellner

Henry Wittenzellner is a full time patent researcher with DeMarcoIP. He is a registered patent agent (#65,467) and has degrees in both Bio-Medical Engineering and Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He joined DeMarcoIP in 2007.

Henry is a member of PIUG.

Francis Chinedu Enekebe

Francis Chinedu Enekebe is a full time patent researcher with DeMarcoIP. He has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the School of Science and Technology in Nigeria and a Master’s Degree in Mobile Telecommunication Networks from Oxford Brookes University in England. He joined DeMarcoIP in 2012.

Francis worked in the telecommunications field for a number of years and at a patent analysis firm in Alexandria, VA before joining DeMarcoIP.

Christopher Nesbit

Christopher Nesbit is a full time patent researcher with DeMarcoIP. He is a registered patent agent (#72,501) and has degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Green Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Chris has been working as a patent researcher at the USPTO facilities since 2006 and managed the search team at a patent law firm prior to joining DeMarcoIP in 2012.

Regan O’Brien is a full time patent researcher with DeMarcoIP. She is a registered patent agent (#73,972) and has a degree in Engineering Science with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia. Regan joined DeMarcoIP in 2013.

Andrew Yun is a full time patent researcher with DeMarcoIP. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Andy has been working in the patent space since 2013 with stints at both the USPTO and a boutique IP firm prior to joining DeMarcoIP in 2015.
